Returns

Due to an increased number of fake orders, our return policy is limited to faulty or damaged goods only. If you need to return an item for any such reason, please contact us first by phone or email—our contact details can be found on the 'Contact' page.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

If any of the goods is faulty, we will either issue a full refund or send you a replacement at no extra cost. Please send pictures and a description of the issue to our email or WhatsApp within 24 hours of receiving the order.

Exchanges

Due to the nature of our products and to ensure the highest quality standards, we do not offer exchanges on any items purchased from our website. We encourage you to carefully review product descriptions and other relevant information before making a purchase.

Changing or Cancelling an Order

You have the right to cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it. Once the order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled due to the incurred delivery cost.

If you wish to amend your order and it has not yet been dispatched, we will gladly accept payment for additional items and ship everything together. However, if your order has already been dispatched, we cannot add more items, and you will need to place a separate order.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your refund request, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
